Photo posted by Fernan Soto Picado. This photograph of my grandfather was taken by the late photographer Gomez-Miralles in Costa Rica in 1944. As inheritor I have the complete copyrights over all his works and photographs; however this photo in particular I release to the public domain. I scanned this photo from the original (which is in my posesion), the original has a raised seal in white with the photographer's name (visible in the scan) and I did the digital restoration process utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Kai's Photo Soap on an Apple Macintosh computer.

This image has been (or is hereby) released into the public domain by its creator, Totonan. This applies worldwide.
