[edit] National Varieties of English

Thanks for your contribution to the Semiconductor device article. Before changing spelling to match your local usage, please review Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#National_varieties_of_English. Some important guidelines:

  1. The usage most relevant to the subject matter (doesn't apply to this article)
  2. Keep the usage within the article consistent(since the article uses about "transistors" and "tubes" instead of "valves", we seem to be using American English)
  3. "If all else fails, consider following the spelling style preferred by the first major contributor (that is, not a stub) to the article"
