[edit] National Varieties of English
Thanks for your contribution to the Semiconductor device article. Before changing spelling to match your local usage, please review Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#National_varieties_of_English. Some important guidelines:
- The usage most relevant to the subject matter (doesn't apply to this article)
- Keep the usage within the article consistent(since the article uses about "transistors" and "tubes" instead of "valves", we seem to be using American English)
- "If all else fails, consider following the spelling style preferred by the first major contributor (that is, not a stub) to the article"
