Phyzelaphryne miriamae is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Phyzelaphryne. It is found in Brazil and possibly Bolivia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
