Physalaemus moreirae is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, intermittent rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
