Physalaemus coloradorum is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
