Phyllomedusa palliata is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, and possibly Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
