Phylliroidae are a taxonomic family of nudibranchs, marine gastropod molluscs in the order Opisthobranchia.

World-wide in warm seas.

These pelagic nudibranchs are translucent and do not have cerata, or other apendages, except for a pair of tentacle-like rhinophores.
