| Description |
Estee Lauder ad from the early 1960's featuring model Phyllis Connor |
| Source |
This ad originally appeared in a magazine, and the ad was for sale on Ebay. |
| Article | |
| Portion used |
The picture was to advertise an Estee Lauder product, but the text was removed. |

low |
| Purpose of use |
This is to display Phyllis Connor from the Estee Lauder campaigns in which she appeared. The subject became renowned for her association with the Lauder company and the fact that she was the company's first official spokesmodel, so her modeling work for them is relevant to the article. This ad is no longer used by the Lauder company. |
| Replaceable? |
cannot be replaced |
| Other information | (c) Estee Lauder, Inc., ad no longer in use |
I believe that this image is consistent with fair use because it depicts the subject of the article - in this case, model Phyllis Connor - and the image is from an advertising campaign that ended when Ms. Connor has long since been replaced as the Estee Lauder company's spoksemodel. This image is no longer used in Estee Lauder advertising.
