I've just been researching the .phx.gbl domain which has tight links with microsoft, on further inspection however there appears to be tight links with Pheonix Global, after examining their activity on my site it would seem indeed that they are the ones mining sites (and also every hotmail email and msn message) for the so called 'bad words'.

They're banned, and I would suggest anyone with any respect for privacy do the same. MSparks43 07:38, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
