I don't know if it is by propose, but this image is not allowed to be used in Wikipedias of other languages. How can I (or may I) use it in the portuguese wikipedia?Japf1 16:15, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Cropped version

I have the following concern about this image: it has been cropped in such a fashion that the ESO logo at the bottom is cropped, which is a mere violation of their terms of use. Also, I'm not so sure that we can upload it on WP as fair use, since, see again the last link, free distribution is allowed only for non-commercial information or education purposes.
