Pacific Harbor Line #45, a General Motors Electro-Motive Division (EMD) "SD20-2". This is not an original EMD model number, but is rather a rebuild from an older locomotive, fitted with a new 645-series engine. Pacific Harbor Line performs switching and transfer services around the joint Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles area.
