  • What the hell is this cheerleader garbage in the intro paragraph? That needs to be redone. Yesterday. Alwarren@ucsd.edu 10:29, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
  • Yeah. I was appalled. It seems like it was cut and paste from a Philips sales brochure. I removed the sales stuff, added section on Luxeon. Jerry guru 02:01, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Concert image

I think a different image should be found to replace the concert stage picture; this is misleading as there is no explanation as to what part of the lighting was done with Luxeon LEDs. Readers could be mislead to think that LEDs are capable of the lighting that is obviously from followspots or other theatrical lighting using non-LED sources. Current technology does not permit this. +1. When I cleaned out this article, I forgot about the picture. It is a standard photo from a Philips sales brochure. I deleted it. BTW-if anyone has a picture of their Luxeon flashlight (or Luxeon anything) in use, please consider contributing it to this article. It desparately needs a couple of images of the Luxeon in action, that is, actually lighting up. 12.72.195.47 (talk) 00:43, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
