This article refers to an election district of the US House of Representatives and is linked from List of United States Congressional districts. It has a very different focus than a list of Filipinos who held the position of resident commissioner. Since there has been very little (if any) discussion on the matter I am going to remove the merge recommendation.--G1076 01:49, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
