I'm not sure that it makes sense to merge this article into the one on Philip Rhodes.

This article is about one specific boat designed by Rhodes, who designed many different boats during his career (more than 100, I'd guess). If we were to merge this article, would we not then need to merge them all?

Also, there are entries for many different boat types, would we then need to always merge them with the article on their designers?

No, but I don't think these articles about each boat are notable enough on their own. Their only claim to fame is that they were designed by this guy who is notable. If each section about each boat starts to get too big, we can split them off then, but for now, since they are all so small, merging them would make each stronger. --MECUtalk 22:14, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
The Rhodes 19 section was too large and dominated the article. I don't agree that it was only notable because it was designed by Rhodes. I've put it back as it's own article wiht brief mention here. --Kevin Murray (talk) 07:45, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
