Phil Vicary known locally in Cornwall as "Cornish Granite" on the field of play

That's a bit odd, seeing as he's a Devonian.Serpren (talk) 23:45, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Phil Vickery was born just over the border to Cornish parents and has stated he is proud to be a Cornishman - see The Independent on Vickery.
