Philautus tinniens is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family. It is endemic to India. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, plantations , and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
