Photograph taken by Kenneth Tash on May 25th, 1973 CE in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Image scanned and uploaded by photographer's son, Stephen Tash, on March 12th, 2006 CE. Photographer has agreed to give Wikipedia full rights to use the photograph as it wishes, as many times as it wishes, but has not specifically agreed to release the photograph into the public domain at large.

The photograph depicts Phil Ochs in Concert at The Stables in Ann Arbor.
