[edit] Cat title

I have shifted material here from 'Cat:Books on the philosophy of science' to make the title simpler and more inclusive. It does mean that the odd philosophy article could end up in 'cat:Books by topic' but that does not seem a mjor problem. I suspect, however, that I should have made this cat 'history and philosophy of science literature', as those in the field seem united in the view that you can't have one without the other.
