[edit] Questionable Objectivity

Should this page not be tagged for its questionable objectivity, as essentially the entire text has been lifted straight from an EU publicity website?

[edit] Czech

Well, as citisen of Czech Republic I've heard about PHARE really in manny occasions, but now that is the first time, I can see, for what the abbreviation stands. I suppose that the abbrev is much more widely known than the full name and should be not only highlighted in the text but also possibly the article should be moved back to the name PHARE. In Czech republic it is widely recognized as the program PHARE. Reo On | +++ 03:15, 20 January 2006 (UTC)

The article should be moved because the original full name (correct: Poland and Hungary: Assistance for Restructuring their Economies) is obsoleted now. Current official name is Phare, not PHARE. Filemon 17:45, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Phare and Tacis

Why does TACIS redirect to Technical Aid to the Commonwealth of Independent States and Phare not redirect to Poland and Hungary: Assitance for Restructuring their Economies? Also, there would appear to be a lack of correlation in the Uppercase/Lowercase use; either Tacis and Phare are both lower case, or both uppercase. 62.72.110.11 12:16, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Oh yeah, and Phare is over. 62.72.110.11 12:16, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
