This is a Vietnamese name; the family name is Phạm, but is often simplified as Pham in English-language text. According to Vietnamese custom, this person properly should be referred to by the given name Hùng.

Phạm Hùng (June 11, 1912 – March 10, 1988) was the Prime Minister of Vietnam from 1987 to 1988.
