Peptidoglycan recognition protein 2, also known as PGLYRP2, is a human gene.[1]

Peptidoglycan recognition proteins, such as PGRPL, are part of the innate immune system and recognize peptidoglycan, a ubiquitous component of bacterial cell walls.[supplied by OMIM][1]
