Fair use rationale

Fair use is asserted in the article Professional Fraternity Association (PFA) only because: 1. It is the primary symbol used to represent the PFA; 2. It is used for identification of the PFA; 3. Because of the unique nature of the design, no replacement free image is possible; 4. The image is of sufficiently low resolution to prevent exploitation of the image downstream; and 5. Use of the image does not limit the copyright holders' use and/or commercially benefit from the original.
