Pfäffikon is a municipality in the canton of Zurich in Switzerland. It is the seat of the district of the same name.
Pfäffikon is situated in Zürcher Oberland southeast of the city of Zurich and near the Pfäffikersee. The surrounding municipalities are Wetzikon, Bäretswil, Hittnau, Russikon, Fehraltorf, Seegräben und Uster.
