Talk:Petersburg,Virginia/Comments I have seen several errors regarding the Civil War Siege of Petersburg,Va. 1. The Union Generals could not have remembered Pearl Harbor as a reason not to attack. 2. The mine was not exploded at the Crater on 9 Aug. as printed. It was July 31st. 3. The 9th of June 1864 was the day of "The Battle of Old Men and Young Boys" for which there is an annual day of rememberance every year at Blandford Church. Wisginian 20:01, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
