...Really? Wow. That's pretty cool. My name is Thomas Lee but I'm of no relation to Peter Lee. Odd how Peter Lee's descendant ends up on the opposite side of the world though =) --Hanshi 19:31, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

Hello Donna, it is great to hear from a direct descendant of Peter Lee. I have lived here in Peterlee all my life (nearly 28 years), indeed I would love to chat to you about the town your Great Great Grandfather is named after. Oddly enough my partner lives in Australia but I live in Peterlee. --Take Care, Dominic markdom 21:25, 04 December 2006 (GMT)

I lived in Peterlee and taught in Dene House comp in the early eighties; I remember a girl telling me that she was descended from Peter Lee on her mother's side. It was quite a big family, so there must be lots of descendents by now. Peterlee had more than its fair share of problems even then, but most of the people were decent and warmhearted. I was very happy there! Sasha 10:26, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
