- Apparently, it's because lots of trafficked heroin and cocaine comes in illegally off the boats, and since the fishing industry is in decline, unemployment is high, causing drug abuse and crime. That's what I believe, but until I find a source it shouldn't be added.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 12:13, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
