Peter van Bloemen (1657–1720), first name also spelled Pieter and Peeter, was a Dutch painter.

Born in Antwerp, van Bloemen attained the status of master in 1674, and then went to Rome, where he remained until 1694, adopting completely Italian manners. In 1699 he became dean of the Guild of Saint Luke in Antwerp, and he died in 1720. His brothers Jan Frans van Bloemen and Norbert van Bloemen were also well-known painters.

His extant paintings are mainly of landscapes and architecture, often containing figures and horses and depicting the life of soldiers.
