Peter L. Shelton

Peter L. Shelton (born 1951) is an architect and interior designer based in New York, NY. Shelton attended both University of Pennsylvania (1968) and Pratt Institute (1975). Shelton worked in the offices of Edward Durrell Stone & Associates and Emery Roth & Sons before founding Shelton, Mindel & Associates with Lee F. Mindel in 1978.
Shelton, Mindel & Associates have won sixteen awards from the American Institute of Architects and three design awards from the Society of American Registered Architects. Peter Shelton was inducted to the International Interior Design Association Hall of Fame in 1996.
Shelton is married to Laura Bennett, a contestant on Season 3 of Bravo TV's Project Runway.
