Lake Proserpine, which is also known as Peter Faust Dam is situated 26 kilometres inland from Proserpine, in Central Queensland. Proserpine is also just a short drive from Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour the gateway to the famous Whitsunday Islands and The Great Barrier Reef.
