Petar Petrov (born on 15 August 1985) is a Bulgarian footballer currently playing for PFC Sliven. He comes directly from PFC Sliven`s Youth Academy and still plays mainly for the youth team. Bakalov is a defensive midfielder.

On 2003 the Youth Academy midfielder Petar Petrov agreed the conditions of his first professional contract with the club which will be effective for five years.
