My Question who and When formally named this basin as "Permain Basin"

This area was first time been found related with Permian geology period was in 1858 by George G and Benjamin F Shumard, and later grologist group which leaded by Johan August Udden. I Udden did a a really great job not only for potash mines but also about whole geology sketch for permian basin area, The concept of Morathan Fold, 'open the door for the discovery of oil in Permian Basin'

I did some research work in library, but foun dno answer!
