This article states a peristyle is just columns surrounding a courtyard. I though it ALSO could be used to describe columns all the way around a building eg: the Parthenon. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Dustin Pearson (talk • contribs) 21:59, 3 January 2007 (UTC).
