[edit] Concern about this article

I have a couple of concerns about this article. The first concern is that the opening paragraphs are not written from a neutral point of view. The tone is moderately critical of peremptory challenges. The second issue is that Batson challenges are incorrectly defined later in the article. Both of these things need to be addressed. I would say it is much more than moderately biased.
