The Persian Brook Salamander or Persian Mountain Salamander (Batrachuperus persicus) is a species of salamander in the Hynobiidae family. It is found in Iran and possibly Azerbaijan. Its natural habitats are rivers, inland karsts, and caves. It is threatened by habitat loss.
