The Perryville Railroad Bridge carries CSX's Philadelphia Subdivision across the Susquehanna River between Havre de Grace, Maryland and Perryville, Maryland. It was originally built as a single-track bridge by the Baltimore and Philadelphia Railroad. The bridge crosses Garrett Island in the Susquehanna, which was named after John W. Garrett, former president of the B&O.

While rebuilding it to double-track in 1908, one span collapsed due to a freight derailment. The B&O was forced to detour trains over the Pennsylvania Railroad between Perryville and Oakington until 1910, when the bridge was double-tracked and returned to service. The second track has since been removed.
