FAIR USE RATIONALE:

1. Image is low resolution. 2. This magazine cover illustrates two main points highlighted in the portion of the article in which the cover appears: A. The section of the article in which this image appears discusses the fact that by the early 1950s both Juan and Eva Peron, together, had become a political force collectively. This portion of the article discusses that Eva Peron had by this point become nearly as important to Argentina politics as Juan Peron himself. I believe that this is illustrated by the image which depicts the couple together. B. This image of the Time magazine cover appears in a section of the article that discusses the role that fanaticism had come to play in Eva Peron's advocacy of Peronism. The encyclopedia text itself includes reference to Evita's speeches which advocated fanaticism; this Time magazine cover contains the quote from Evita: "Without fanaticism one cannot accomplish anything."
