Lubbe is listed as having been sentenced to death by the court. The page for the Reichstag fire says: "the Leipzig Trial took place and was presided over by judges from the old German Imperial High Court, the Reichsgericht." Also, most of the people accused in this trial were found not guilty, which does not sound much like the workings of the people's court. -- 80.186.89.217 04:50, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
