Peoria Township is a township in Franklin County, Kansas, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 626.

Peoria Township covers an area of 35.63 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Howard and Peoria.
The streams of Hickory Creek, Middle Creek, Ottawa Creek and Turkey Creek run through this township.
