The Peoria Javelinas, established in 1992, are a winter minor league team who play in the Arizona Fall League. The Javelinas play their home games in the Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona, which is a Spring training site for both the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners.
For the 2007 season, Major League Baseball teams sending players to the Peoria Javelinas are: the Atlanta Braves, Colorado Rockies, New York Yankees, Seattle Mariners, and Washington Nationals.
