Guar Kepayang is one of the significant parcel in Pendang because the people in the particular area use difference slang compare to other parcel in Pendang.The slang is an unique language which asimilation between language from Kedah and Patani.Therefore some outsider from Guar Kepayang have difilculties to understand certain words.Even most of the word not registered with Dewan Bahasa Dan Pustaka.
