Pennsylvania Route 423 is a state route in Monroe and Wayne County in Pennsylvania. It runs for fourteen miles (23 kilometers) and goes through the names of Warnertown Road, Prospect Street, Main Street, Church Street, Tobyhanna State Park Road, and Carlton Road.[1] As the name suggests, Route 423 takes you to Tobyhanna State Park in Tobyhanna.

Route 423 was established in 1965. From 1925 to 1965 it was Pennsylvania Route 490.[1]
