Pennsylvania Route 314 begins at an intersection with Pennsylvania Route 940 and Woodland Drive, which reaches old Route 940.[2] Known as Manor Drive, 314 begins eastward and into Pocono Manor. The first intersection is with Quadrant Route 4004, also known as Fairview Avenue. Pennsylvania Route 611 merges in from the right and the two roads become concurrent for a short distance. 314 then leaves eastward and enters Swiftwater. Now known as Lower Swiftwater Road, 314 makes continuous turns and soon becomes Club House Road. Lower Swiftwater Road continues eastward as Quadrant Route 1004. 314 enters Meisertown and ends at Pennsylvania Route 715.[2]
