Penguin Vic

The Penguin Vic campaign was designed to promote tourism in Victoria, a southeastern state of Australia. It was begun by Brian Milnes who received an award for his initiation of the campaign in 1997 from the Victoria Office of the Minister for Small Business and Tourism.
