Okay I just reported a vandal here [diff] and it was declined by an admin as "stale" [diff] with no further input. Whhat should I do when I see vandals that are bad but haven't edited in a while? Thanks Pedro :  Chat  12:30, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

The thing is Pedro, the IP hadn't vandalised in some four hours. Because it's a dynamic IP there would be no reason to block. You have to remember that WP:AIV is for current vandalism. Helpful Admin_chat
