Pedro José Ramón Gual Escandón was President of Venezuela in 1858, in 1859 and in 1861, he was born in Caracas, Venezuela, January 17, 1783 as the son of José Ignacio Gual and Josefa Mónica Escandón and died in Guayaquil , Ecuador, May 6, 1862 . He was a member of the conservative Centralist party.
