A pearl necklace is a slang term referring to a sexual act in which a man ejaculates semen on or near the neck, chest or breast of another person. The result is said by some to look like a necklace of pearls because of the stringy translucent white clumps of semen that are deposited there.[1][2]

- The pearl necklace is the subject of the song "Pearl Necklace" by the Texas rock group ZZ Top.
- The film Half Baked makes a reference to the pearl necklace. When Brian (Jim Breuer) says to Thurgood (Dave Chappelle) "You said you gave Mary Jane a pearl necklace. How much did that cost, man?" to which he replies "Obviously you missed the point of that story."
- In the HBO show Sex and the City, Richard Wright gives Samantha a pearl thong as a gift and says "Maybe later if you're good, I'll give you pearl necklace to match". Charlotte comments "My father gave me the most beautiful pearl necklace for my sweet sixteen", and Samantha clears up: "Actually we're talking about the other kind of pearl necklace. You know, the kind where the guy decorates your neck?"
- In the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, the protagonist makes a reference to a pearl necklace while on a webcam chat with his step-brother and his wife.
