Did you read the website? It says

Notice: The use of SOHO images or data for public education efforts and non-commercial purposes is strongly encouraged and requires no expressed authorization. It is requested, however, that any such use properly attributes the source of the images or data as: "Courtesy of SOHO/[instrument] consortium. SOHO is a project of international cooperation between ESA and NASA." where [instrument] stands for the name of the instrument that acquired the data (i.e. SOHO/EIT, SOHO/LASCO, etc). Another, shorter, version of the notice: "SOHO (ESA & NASA)" is also acceptable.

Wikipedia is not a commercial business, it's a non-profit web project Wikipedia:Overview FAQ. Commercial use is basically to make money, since Wikipedia IS NOT for profit it IS non-commercial. Anynobody 20:34, 25 May 2007 (UTC)

Non-commercial restrictions on image licenses are EXPLICTLY banned on Wikipedia and Commons. Note that, for instance, {{cc-nc}} redirects to a speedy deletion template. I'm going to do the same here as this is clearly non-commercial. I might also note that {{PD-NASA}} contains a warning: "SOHO probe images are copyrighted", etc. 68.39.174.238 15:36, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
The IP and Yonatan are right; non-commercial/educational use only images were banned in May 2005 with an email sent to a mailing list by Jimbo Wales. I can provide more details, if needed. User:Zscout370 (Return Fire) 18:07, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
