Template talk:PD-NYPL

Shouldn't we set up this template to take (as an argument) the "Digital ID" number that the NYPL uses? -- Jmabel | Talk 07:39, Mar 4, 2005 (UTC)

We should. Also, this template isn't sufficient as a licensing status--we need to have some actual PD justification, like the original publication date. It's kind of like commons:Template:LOC-image, in that sense. It shouldn't be named "PD". grendel|khan 13:59, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
