This image is in the public domain in Thailand, because its term of copyright has expired. According to The Copyright Act of B.E. 2537, term of copyright is until:
- 1. For works that don't fall under (2.) or (3.),
- (a) fifty years after the death of the creator (or all creators), or
- (b) fifty years after the date of creation or first publication, whichever is earlier, if the creator is unknown or is a legal entity, or
- (c) fifty years after the date of first publication, if the creator (or all creators) died before publication.
- 2. For photographs, audiovisual recordings, motion pictures, sound recordings, or broadcast works, fifty years after creation or first publication, whichever is earlier.
- 3. For works of applied arts, twenty-five years after the date of creation or first publication, whichever is earlier.
