I've removed certain unsubstantiated claims from this article. Some of them were only about the encryption algorithms implemented by PaySafe, and some were just spam. Secure Electronic Payment System has already been deleted as spam, and it was created by the same author as this page. Watch this article carefully. EdgeOfEpsilon 01:43, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
